JCRP uses a team-spirited approach to address solid waste issues and to help achieve more results with fewer resources. By permitting solid waste professionals to work on behalf of the County and cities within the County, JCRP assists its members towards achieving waste diversion goals and fulfilling State-mandated solid waste requirements.
